Telescopic tension tendon and mounting method thereof
The invention provides a telescopic tension tendon and a mounting method thereof.The telescopic tension tendon comprises a tension tendon body and a bottom connector, the tension tendon body is of a telescopic structure and comprises multiple stages of steel pipes nested in sequence and a locking device for locking the tension tendon body in a contracted state; the uppermost steel pipe of the tension tendon main body is a first-stage steel pipe, and the lowermost steel pipe of the tension tendon main body is a last-stage steel pipe; the upper end of the first-stage steel pipe is connected with a platform body of the tension leg platform, and the bottom connector is located at the lower end of the last-stage steel pipe and used for being connected with a seabed anchoring foundation. In two adjacent stages of steel pipes, the next stage of steel pipe cannot be separated from the lower end of the previous stage of steel pipe; due to the fact that the tension tendons can be shrunk to be short, the tension tendons can be pre-installed on the platform body on the land in advance to be transported to a target installation point together, the transportation cost and the transportation difficulty of the tension tendons are reduced, the offshore connection operation of the tension tendons and the platform body is omitted, and the offshore construction period is effectively shortened.
本发明提供一种伸缩式张力筋腱及其安装方法,包括张力筋腱主体和底部连接器,张力筋腱主体为伸缩结构,其包括多级依次嵌套的钢管和将张力筋腱主体锁定在收缩状态下的锁定装置;张力筋腱主体的最上方钢管为一级钢管,张力筋腱主体的最下方钢管为末级钢管;所述一级钢管的上端与张力腿平台的平台主体连接,所述底部连接器位于末级钢管的下端,用于与海底的锚固基础连接;在相邻两级钢管中,下一级钢管不能从上一级钢管的下端脱出;由于本申请的张力筋腱能收缩至较短的长度,以便于能在陆地上提前预装在平台主体上一起运输至目标安装点,不仅降低张力筋腱的运输成本和运输难度,而且也省略了张力筋腱与平台主体的海上连接作业,有效缩短海上施工周期。
