The invention discloses a prestressed pipe pile and a pile sinking method.The prestressed pipe pile comprises a pipe pile body, a steel plate, a grouting steel pipe, an auxiliary positioning plate and a grouting head, the steel plate is fixed to the lower end of the pipe pile body, the grouting head is arranged at the bottom of the steel plate, a vertical threaded hole is formed in the center of the upper portion of the steel plate, and the threaded hole communicates with the grouting head; the auxiliary positioning plates are circular plates with connecting holes in the centers, the multiple auxiliary positioning plates are distributed on the periphery of the grouting steel pipe from top to bottom, the grouting steel pipe is rotationally connected with the connecting holes and penetrates into the pipe pile body from top to bottom, the lower end of the grouting steel pipe is in threaded connection with the threaded holes, and the outer contours of the auxiliary positioning plates are attached to the inner wall of the pipe pile body. The problem that it is difficult for the prestressed pipe pile to penetrate through a sand layer can be effectively solved, the construction period is short, the grouting steel pipe can be recycled, disassembly and assembly are convenient and easy, and installation is stable.
