The invention provides a bidirectional runner pump station structure and a bidirectional runner pump station, comprising a bidirectional water inlet runner, a bidirectional water outlet runner, a first control gate, a second control gate, a third control gate, a fourth control gate, a fifth control gate and a seventh control gate, wherein the first control gate, the second control gate, the third control gate and the fourth control gate are arranged at the bidirectional water inlet runner and the bidirectional water outlet runner, and the fifth control gate and the seventh control gate are arranged between an outer auxiliary runner and the bidirectional water inlet runner. The sixth control gate and the eighth control gate are arranged between the outer side auxiliary flow channel and the two-way water outlet flow channel, and the pump station further comprises a base, a pump section, a flow channel partition plate, a pump shaft, a flow channel upper cover plate, a motor section and a pump station top cover. The auxiliary flow channel and the corresponding control gates are additionally arranged, switching of various working conditions such as pump station shutdown overhaul, flood drainage and irrigation is achieved through an opening and closing operation method of the first to eighth control gates, and the problem that when an existing bidirectional flow channel pump station operates, a dead water area always exists on one side of a water inlet flow channel and one side of a water outlet flow channel is solved; meanwhile, the natural overflowing capacity of the pump station is achieved, and the fish-friendly ecological function is improved.
