The invention discloses a novel assembly type joint of a space grid structure and a construction method thereof, the novel assembly type joint comprises a joint body, the joint body is distributed in an X shape, and the joint body comprises a first pipe body and a second pipe body which are distributed along a diagonal line; one end of the first lining pipe is arranged in the first pipe body in a penetrating manner, and the other end of the first lining pipe extends out of the first pipe body by a first set distance; one end of the second lining pipe is arranged in the second pipe body in a penetrating mode, the other end of the second lining pipe extends out of the second pipe body by a second set distance, and the second set distance is larger than the first set distance. The structure can be temporarily fixed without spot welding in the mounting process, and spatial positioning of the fine adjustment structure is facilitated; node eccentricity caused by the construction reason of a traditional intersecting welding node is avoided; and in addition, intersecting welding with the high requirement for construction precision on site is avoided, the welding workload is reduced, and site construction is more environmentally friendly and lower in carbon.
本发明公开了一种空间网格结构的新型装配式节点及其施工方法,包括:节点本体,节点本体呈X型分布,且节点本体包括沿对角线分布的第一管体和第二管体;第一内衬管,第一内衬管的一端穿设在第一管体的内部,第一内衬管的另一端伸出至第一管体的外部第一设定距离;第二内衬管,第二内衬管的一端穿设在第二管体的内部,第二内衬管的另一端伸出至第二管体的外部第二设定距离,第二设定距离大于第一设定距离。本发明能使结构在安装过程中不进行点焊即可临时固定,便于微调结构空间定位;避免了传统相贯焊接节点由于构造原因产生的节点偏心;且避免了在现场进行施工精度要求较高的相贯焊接,减少了焊接工作量,使现场施工更加绿色低碳环保。
