The formwork-removal-free cavity formwork and the cavity formwork cast-in-place construction process mainly solve the problems that an existing construction mode is long in construction period, high in construction cost and serious in construction pollution, and it is difficult to guarantee that a building has a unified quality standard. The heat-insulation composite board is characterized in that a cage-type net rack (3) is arranged between the outer board and the inner board, a heat-insulation layer (4) is arranged between the net rack and the outer board and/or between the net rack and the inner board, and the outer board, the net rack, the heat-insulation layer and the inner board are fixedly installed together through fastener assemblies. According to the form-removal-free cavity formwork, cast-in-place construction can be completed after factory construction is completed, the construction period is shortened, pollution to the environment is reduced, the building construction consistency can be guaranteed, a heat preservation layer can be arranged, and the form-removal-free cavity formwork is particularly suitable for low-energy-consumption or ultra-low-energy-consumption house facing and heat preservation requirements; the cage type net rack is firm and durable and is more reliable in performance than a conventional steel bar supporting column, and the n-shaped reinforcing components increase the overall strength and can also be used for connecting and fixing when cement is solidified.
免拆模空腔模壳及空腔模壳现浇施工工艺主要解决目前施工方式施工周期长、建设成本高,而且施工污染严重,也难以保证楼房有统一的质量标准问题。其特征在于:所述外板和内板之间设有笼式的网架(3),所述网架与外板之间和/或所述网架与所述内板之间设有保温层(4),所述外板、网架、保温层和所述内板通过紧固件组件安装固定到一起。本发明提供免拆模空腔模壳,可以在工厂建造完成后于现场浇筑完成即可,节省工期,减少对环境的污染,也能保证楼房建造的一致性,并且其可以设置保温层特别适用于低能耗或者超低能耗房屋饰面和保温要求,其笼式的网架坚固耐用比常规钢筋支柱性能更可靠,几字形的加强构件增加了整体强度也能用于水泥凝固时的连接固定之用。
