The photovoltaic building curtain wall cleaning machine comprises a machine frame, a first cleaning cylinder and a second cleaning cylinder, and the first cleaning cylinder and the second cleaning cylinder are pivoted in the machine frame in the width direction of the machine frame; the friction cleaning disc is pivoted in the machine frame and is positioned between the first cleaning cylinder and the second cleaning cylinder; the driving mechanism is installed in the machine frame and drives the first cleaning barrel, the friction cleaning disc and the second cleaning barrel to clean the surface of the photovoltaic building curtain wall. The lifting frame comprises a fixing frame, the fixing frame is fixed to the wall of a building window, and the telescopic rod is installed on the edge of one side of the fixing frame. The track is mounted at the lower end of the telescopic rod; the jacking seat is fixed at the lower end of the track; the winding rod is mounted at the top end of the fixed frame; and the winding mechanism comprises a second motor, the second motor drives wheels through a winding shaft, and the wheels move up and down along the track to drive the first cleaning cylinder, the friction cleaning disc and the second cleaning cylinder to move up and down so as to clean the photovoltaic building curtain wall.
