The invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a lock, a vehicle and a control method of the lock, and aims to solve the problems that an existing engine hood is large in locking force, and electric automatic closing is difficult to achieve. To this end, the lock of the present invention comprises: a base; the locking assembly comprises a pawl, a ratchet wheel and a first spring, wherein the pawl and the ratchet wheel can be meshed with each other; the driving assembly comprises a driving arm, an auxiliary arm and a second spring; the driving device is electrically connected with the control unit and is in matched connection with the driving arm, so that the control unit controls the driving arm to drive the pawl and the auxiliary arm to rotate through the driving device; the first signal device is in signal connection with the control unit and sends a signal to the control unit in response to triggering of the auxiliary arm; and the second signal device is in signal connection with the control unit and sends a signal to the control unit in response to triggering of the pawl. The lock is simple in structure, the locking process can be completed only by overcoming small resistance in the locking process, and operation is convenient and fast.
