The invention provides a vehicle door control method and device, a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that in response to a target obstacle detected in the process of controlling an electric vehicle door of the vehicle to be opened, real-time position information of the target obstacle is obtained; according to the real-time position information of the target obstacle and the real-time position information of the electric vehicle door, the openable angle difference of the electric vehicle door at two adjacent detection moments is determined; based on the openable angle difference, a target braking mode corresponding to the electric vehicle door is determined from multiple braking modes; different braking modes correspond to different vehicle door braking deceleration; and the electric vehicle door is braked according to the target braking mode.
