The adjusting device comprises a supporting block fixedly connected to the top of the base, an upper ladder assembly rotationally connected to the surface of the supporting block, an upper pedal rotationally connected to the inner wall of the upper ladder assembly, a lower ladder assembly slidably connected to the bottom of the upper ladder assembly, a lower pedal rotationally connected to the inner wall of the lower ladder assembly and a hydraulic cylinder fixedly connected to the top of the base. The fixed rod is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the lower ladder frame; the sliding device comprises upper telescopic rods fixedly connected to the bottoms of the upper pedals, lower telescopic rods fixedly connected to the bottoms of the lower pedals, and two pairs of transmission rods rotationally connected to the multiple upper pedals and the multiple lower pedals correspondingly. The boarding ladder has the characteristics of high practicability and low height difference between the boarding ladder and a ship body.
