Pit point volume measurement method for underwater maintenance operation of damaged pit point on bottom surface of lock chamber
A pit volume measuring method for underwater maintenance operation of a damaged pit on the bottom surface of a lock chamber is characterized in that a measuring device is combined with negative pressure to suck accumulated water in the damaged pit and measure the volume of the accumulated water to realize pit volume detection, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) moving the device in place; 2) area sealing; (3) regional water pumping; 4) supplementing water to the water storage tank; 5) pushing the sliding seat to the center of the bottom surface of the suction head contact pit point; 6) pumping accumulated water and air in the pit points by using a negative pressure pump, and feeding the accumulated water and the air into a variable-diameter cover; (7) overflow water in the water storage tank enters the position above the stretching film; (8) when a vacuum environment is formed in the pit position below the stretching film, the negative pressure pump is stopped; by the adoption of the structure, the measurement requirement of underwater repairing operation of the hydropower station lock chamber is met, and the purpose of volume detection of irregular damaged pits can be achieved without draining water in the lock chamber.
一种用于闸室底面破损坑点水下检修作业的坑点体积测量方法,利用测量装置结合负压抽吸破损坑点中的积水并测量积水体积实现坑位体积检测,包括以下步骤:1)装置移动到位;2)区域密封;3)区域抽水;4)储水箱补水;5)推动滑座至抽吸头接触坑点底面中心;6)负压泵抽吸坑点内积水和空气,积水和空气送至变径罩内;7)储水箱内溢流水进入伸展膜上方;8)当伸展膜下方坑位内形成真空环境时,负压泵停机;9)测量伸展膜上方积水;10)根据伸展膜上方积水量确定修补混凝土用量。本发明采用上述结构,实现了水电站闸室水下修补作业的测量需求,无需排光闸室内的水即可实现不规则破损坑位的体积检测目的。
