The invention discloses a raw material for small-particle-size rock-fill concrete, the raw material comprises a rock-fill material and self-compacting concrete, the self-compacting concrete at least comprises the following components in parts by volume: 160-240 parts of water, 31-280 parts of cement, 0-220 parts of an admixture, 0-280 parts of a coarse aggregate, 200-500 parts of a fine aggregate, 0-20 parts of an additive and 0-40 parts of fiber; the slump expansion degree of the self-compacting concrete is 700-1000 mm, or the relative expansion area of the self-compacting concrete is 11-25, the V funnel passing time of the concrete is 3-18 s, the content of particles with the particle size of less than 150 mm in a rockfill material used by the small-particle-size rockfill concrete is not less than 5%, and the content of particles with the particle size of less than 50 mm in the rockfill material is not more than 5%. By utilizing the raw material for the small-particle-size rockfill concrete, the particle size control value of the rockfill material can be reduced to 50mm, and the ratio of the maximum particle size of the coarse aggregate of the self-compacting concrete to the particle size control value of the rockfill material is increased to 1/5, so that the raw material range of the rockfill material is expanded, and the utilization rate of the material is increased.
