Anchoring bar planting glue and preparation method thereof
The anchoring bar-planting glue is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 32 to 40 parts of sulphoaluminate cement or aluminate cement, 4 to 6 parts of Portland cement, 8 to 12 parts of an expansion component, 10 to 15 parts of a reinforcing component, 0.4 to 0.6 part of a water reducing component, 0.3 to 0.6 part of magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.1 to 0.12 part of a retarding component, 0.08 to 0.1 part of a rapid hardening component, 30 to 40 parts of a filling component and 12 to 15 parts of water. Two different types of gelling components, namely sulphoaluminate cement or high-alumina cement and Portland cement, are used as the gelling components, and aluminum-magnesium silicate is used as an anti-segregation component, so that the segregation or precipitation phenomenon of the embedded steel bar glue in the mixing and using processes is avoided. The anchor rod has the advantages that the anchor rod is suitable for quick anchoring operation in a water, moist or oil environment, and the segregation or precipitation phenomenon in the mixing and using process is avoided.
