The invention discloses a dental composite ceramic material and a preparation method, and relates to the technical field of dental ceramic materials.The preparation method comprises the following steps that zirconia powder and a tetraethoxysilane solution are mixed, then dried, pressed into blocks and sintered at high temperature, and dense zirconia is obtained; and carrying out high-temperature permeation on the zirconium oxide by adopting lithium-based glass powder, and then carrying out two-stage heat treatment, so that the lithium silicon glass remaining on the surface of the zirconium oxide and permeating into the surface layer is crystallized to form lithium disilicate crystals, thereby obtaining the dental composite ceramic material. The dental composite ceramic material provided by the invention has excellent mechanical properties of zirconia ceramic and good optical properties of lithium disilicate glass ceramic at the same time, and compared with a traditional zirconia-decorative ceramic double-layer structure, the dental composite ceramic material has relatively weak binding force at an interface and relatively low strength of decorative ceramic; zirconium oxide and lithium disilicate glass ceramic in the material are compounded in a large range, an interface does not exist, the binding force is higher, and the material is a novel dental ceramic material with huge application potential.
本发明公开了一种牙科复合陶瓷材料及制备方法,涉及牙科陶瓷材料技术领域,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将氧化锆粉与正硅酸乙酯溶液进行混合,后进行烘干压制成块和高温烧结,得到致密氧化锆;采用锂基玻璃粉对所述氧化锆进行高温渗透,后进行两阶段热处理,使存留于氧化锆表面及渗入表层的硅锂玻璃晶化形成二硅酸锂晶体,得到牙科复合陶瓷材料。本发明的牙科复合陶瓷材料同时具备氧化锆陶瓷的优异机械性能和二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷的良好光学性能,相比于传统氧化锆‑饰瓷双层结构在界面处较弱的结合力及饰瓷较低的强度,此材料中氧化锆与二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷之间形成大范围复合,不存在界面,结合力更高,是一种具有巨大应用潜力的新型牙科陶瓷材料。
