In order to solve the problem that an existing ceramic coloring process easily causes color shedding, the invention provides a coloring method of a ceramic base material and a colored ceramic mobile phone shell, and the coloring method of the ceramic base material comprises the following operation steps: obtaining the ceramic base material; a metal layer is applied to at least part of the surface of the ceramic base material, and a film-coated ceramic base material is obtained; performing laser etching on the surface of the metal layer, melting and mixing the metal layer at the laser etching position and the surface of the ceramic base material, and oxidizing and discoloring the metal layer to form a discoloring pattern to obtain a colored ceramic base material green body; and removing the unoxidized metal layer on the colored ceramic base material green body to obtain the colored ceramic base material. According to the coloring method of the ceramic base material, the metal layer and the ceramic base material are fused through the laser etching laser to form the color-changing area, so that the color is not changed or faded for a long time.
为克服现有陶瓷着色工艺易造成色彩脱落的问题,本发明提供了一种陶瓷基材的着色方法及着色陶瓷手机壳,陶瓷基材的着色方法包括以下操作步骤:获取陶瓷基材;在所述陶瓷基材的至少部分表面施加金属层,得到覆膜陶瓷基材;对所述金属层的表面进行激光镭雕,激光镭雕位置的金属层和陶瓷基材表面熔融混合,且金属层氧化变色形成变色图形,得到着色陶瓷基材坯体;清除所述着色陶瓷基材坯体上未氧化的金属层,得到着色陶瓷基材。本发明的陶瓷基材的着色方法通过镭雕激光将金属层与陶瓷基材熔烧,形成变色区,使色彩保持长久不变色、不褪色。
