The invention relates to the field of asphalt, and discloses road petroleum asphalt which comprises bottom-layer base material asphalt and surface-layer base material asphalt, and the bottom-layer base material asphalt is prepared from 70%-85% of matrix asphalt, 5%-10% of paraffin oil, 3%-5% of plant regenerated oil, 1%-3% of flexibilizer and 0.5%-1% of anti-stripping agent; the surface layer base material asphalt is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 65-75% of matrix asphalt, 5-10% of paraffin oil, 3-5% of plant regenerated oil, 1-3% of a toughening agent, 0.5-1% of an anti-stripping agent and 10-15% of high-temperature-resistant polymer engineering plastic. According to the invention, the anti-skid effect of the asphalt pavement is well improved.
