The invention relates to a bridge stand column and a segmented stand column prestress construction technology, the bridge stand column comprises a bearing platform, a segmented stand column, a prestressing tendon and a guide pipe, and the construction technology comprises the following steps that an anchorage device is installed; the bottom end of the prestressing tendon is connected with the anchorage device, and the prestressing tendon is sleeved with a guide pipe. The segmented stand columns are hoisted section by section till the last section; the guide pipe is removed; the other end of the prestressing tendon is fixed, and prestressing tension is conducted; and grouting and anchor sealing. According to the bridge stand column and the technology, the problems that construction is difficult due to the fact that prestressing tendons are inserted during hoisting of segmented stand columns, and the self-locking success rate and quality are difficult to guarantee due to self-locking type prestressing anchoring are solved, the construction difficulty is effectively lowered, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
