The invention provides a static pressure cement soil compaction pile construction method for collapsible loess, which belongs to the field of civil engineering, and comprises the following steps of: leveling a site, paying off a pile position, determining the pile position according to a paying-off result, driving a compaction pile machine to the pile position to test the pile, adjusting the pile machine in place, and forming a hole by the compaction pile machine. The method comprises the following steps: preparing layered filler, injecting the layered filler into a pile hole by a winch lifting type rammer compactor, ramming and filling to form a hole, performing cushion construction on the pile top of the rammed and filled pile, and then detecting the average compaction coefficient of a pile body, the average compactness coefficient of soil between piles and the bearing capacity of a compaction pile composite foundation. If the detection result is larger than the design requirement, the compaction pile quality is qualified, otherwise, the construction method is executed again from the determined pile position, a whole set of compaction pile construction process is completed, the loess collapsibility can be completely eliminated, the foundation bearing capacity is guaranteed, and the actual condition, the construction period and the environmental protection requirement of a construction site are met.
本发明提出一种针对湿陷性黄土静压水泥土挤密桩施工方法,属于土木工程领域,通过场地平整、桩位放线,根据放线结果确定桩位,然后挤密桩机行至桩位处试桩、调整桩机就位,挤密桩机成孔,调配分层填料、卷扬提升式夯实机将分层填料注入桩孔并夯填成孔,对夯填成桩的桩顶进行垫层施工然后进行对桩身的平均压实系数、桩间土平均紧密系数和挤密桩复合地基承载力进行检测,若检测结果大于设计要求则挤密桩质量合格否则从确定桩位开始重新执行该施工方法,完成一整套挤密桩施工过程,此方法能完全消除黄土湿陷性,保证地基承载力,满足施工现场实际条件、工期及环保要求。
