The invention relates to the field of side slope treatment, and discloses a side slope protection ecological pile plate composite device which comprises slide-resistant piles, inclined inserting plates and steel plates, the inclined inserting plates are located between the adjacent slide-resistant piles, and greening grooves are formed by the inclined inserting plates, the slide-resistant piles and a side slope; the greening groove is used for filling soil for greening; the steel plates comprise side steel plates and a bottom steel plate, the side steel plates are symmetrically inserted into the side faces of the greening groove, the bottom steel plate is inserted into the bottom of the greening groove, and the side steel plates and the bottom steel plate are used for dividing the greening groove into a water tank and a planting area; the rainwater purification mechanism is used for filtering rainwater entering the water tank. According to the ecological pile plate composite protection system based on the rainwater storage-irrigation system, long-time storage of rainwater is achieved, peak clipping of the rainwater can be achieved, the rainwater can be recycled and irrigated to meet the ecological greening requirement of the side slope, and meanwhile the space of the inclined insertion plate groove is efficiently utilized.
