The invention relates to the technical field of cup foundation construction, in particular to a cup foundation construction method which comprises the following construction steps: prefabricating a cup core mold, binding bottom plate reinforcing steel bars, placing the cup core mold, binding cup wall reinforcing steel bars, erecting a cup outer template, pouring concrete and removing the cup core template. Wherein the cup core mold is divided into a left side box body, a right side box body and a middle box body, and when the cup core mold is placed, the left side box body and the right side box body are firstly placed, and then the middle box body is tightly plugged; when the cup core template is removed, the middle box body is lifted out by a crane, and then the left box body and the right box body are sequentially taken out; compared with the prior art, the construction method has the advantages that the left box body and the right box body can be easily dismantled only by taking out the middle box body during formwork dismantling, and compared with a traditional method, binding, supporting, pulling and fixing of the cup core formwork are avoided, time and labor are saved when the cup core formwork is taken out, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved; meanwhile, deformation is avoided during taking out, and the cup core mold can be recycled conveniently.
