The invention discloses a zero-carbon public toilet and an intelligent control system thereof. The zero-carbon public toilet comprises a toilet house, a quality-divided sewage collection treatment system and a photovoltaic power supply system. The toilet house is formed by assembling plates. According to the quality-divided sewage collection treatment system, quality-divided collection treatment and recycling of black water, yellow water and grey water are achieved, urine fertilizer and manure are obtained after the black water and the yellow water are treated, and the grey water is recycled for flushing a toilet after being treated. The intelligent control system realizes an accurate maintenance mode of use, operation and maintenance of the public toilet by timely regulating and controlling the toilet cubicle use monitoring system, the temperature control system, the illumination control system, the air quality monitoring system, the power distribution system and the water quantity and flow monitoring and control system, and a comfortable environment in the toilet cubicle is maintained.
