Concrete-filled steel tubular column and reinforced concrete beam joint and steel corbel and construction method thereof
The invention provides a concrete filled steel tubular column and reinforced concrete beam joint and a steel corbel and a construction method thereof. The steel corbel comprises a plurality of arc-shaped structures, and when the arc-shaped structures are sequentially welded to the circular concrete-filled steel tubular column in the circumferential direction and every two adjacent arc-shaped structures are connected in a welded mode, the arc-shaped structures can define an annular support surrounding the circular concrete-filled steel tubular column; the annular support is provided with four orientation parts arranged in a cross shape, every two opposite orientation parts form a set of orientation parts, at least one orientation part is used for welding and fixing a beam longitudinal bar of the reinforced concrete beam, and all the orientation parts in the at least one set of orientation parts of the annular support are provided with receding grooves. When a platform formwork which comprises a plurality of vertical column main reinforcements and is wrapped by a round steel pipe concrete column is erected, at least one vertical column main reinforcement can be located in the receding groove in a receding mode. The steel corbel can solve the problem that beam longitudinal bars in two directions cannot be welded to the steel corbel and the problem that vertical column main bars and the steel corbel are staggered on site.
本发明提供一种钢管混凝土柱与钢筋混凝土梁节点及其钢牛腿和施工方法。钢牛腿包括多个弧形结构,当多个弧形结构沿周向依次焊接于圆形钢管混凝土柱上且相邻两个弧形结构焊接连接时,多个弧形结构能围合形成环绕圆形钢管混凝土柱的环形支座;环形支座具有呈十字排布的四个方位部,每两个正对的方位部构成一组方位部,至少一个方位部用于焊接固定钢筋混凝土梁的梁纵筋,环形支座的至少一组方位部中的所有方位部均具有避让槽,以在搭设外包圆形钢管混凝土柱的包括多根竖向柱主筋的平台模板时,使得至少一根竖向柱主筋能避位于避让槽内。该钢牛腿能解决2个方向的梁纵筋均无法焊接到钢牛腿上的问题以及竖向柱主筋与钢牛腿现场错位问题。
