Partition constructional column structure and construction method thereof
The partition wall constructional column structure comprises partition walls and constructional column bodies, constructional column grooves used for manufacturing the constructional column bodies are formed in the junctions of the adjacent partition walls, the constructional column bodies are formed in the constructional column grooves in a pouring mode, and four longitudinal bars are arranged in each constructional column body in a penetrating mode. Reinforcing and pressurizing assemblies which are beneficial to adjusting the overall shape of the longitudinal bars and used for increasing the pressure of concrete in the constructional column groove are arranged in the four longitudinal bars, and a filling main formwork and an auxiliary formwork are fixedly installed on the two sides of the junction of every two adjacent partition walls correspondingly. The filling main formwork and the auxiliary formwork are attached to the outer wall of the partition wall and used for enabling the constructional column groove to form a closed space. The overall strength of the longitudinal bar can be improved, the situation that the longitudinal bar seriously displaces when concrete is poured is avoided, meanwhile, pouring holes in the constructional column can be completely eradicated, the overall quality requirement of the constructional column is effectively improved, and the quality and attractiveness of the surface layer of the constructional column are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种隔墙构造柱结构及其施工方法,包括隔墙以及构造柱体,相邻的隔墙交界处开设有用于制造构造柱体的构造柱槽,且构造柱体在所述构造柱槽的内部浇筑成型,构造柱体的内部贯穿设置有四根纵筋,四根纵筋的内部设置有利于调整纵筋整体形状以及用于增大构造柱槽内部混凝土压力的加固加压组件,相邻的所述隔墙交界处两侧分别固定安装有充填主模板以及副模板,充填主模板以及副模板均与隔墙的外壁贴合并用于使构造柱槽形成密闭空间。本发明能够增加纵筋的整体强度,避免在浇注混凝土时纵筋出现严重位移的情况,同时可杜绝构造柱内浇筑空洞的产生,且有效增加构造柱整体质量要求,并保证构造柱表层的质量以及美观。
