The invention provides an FRP-concrete structure, a floating unit, a floating platform and a construction method of the FRP-concrete structure. The FRP-concrete structure, the floating unit and the floating platform aim to solve the problem that an existing reinforced concrete member is poor in durability when used for an offshore floating structure. The FRP-concrete structure comprises an FRP component, a plurality of shear nail assemblies and a concrete layer, the shear nail assemblies are arranged in the FRP component, the FRP component is filled with the concrete layer, each shear nail assembly comprises a shear nail and a fiber bundle, one end of each fiber bundle is arranged in the corresponding shear nail, and the other end of each fiber bundle is arranged in the corresponding shear nail. The ends, away from the shear nails, of the fiber bundles extend out of the shear nails and are connected with the FRP components. The FRP-concrete structure provided by the invention has the advantages of high strength, strong bearing capacity and good durability.
