According to the building concrete construction steel formwork convenient to demould, the steel formwork is applied to the field of concrete pouring, and a plurality of nuts and a plurality of column casings are arranged on the inner end walls of the two symmetrical sides of an outer frame correspondingly; a first movable block fixedly connected with the first screw rod is arranged in a prismatic cavity hole formed in the column casing in a sliding manner, and is matched with transmission connection of a belt type transmission assembly between two adjacent column casings on the same side and meshing of a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear as well as meshing of a first gear and a second gear, so that only a single column casing needs to be driven to rotate; according to the invention, synchronous rotation of all the column casings in the same steel formwork can be realized, under the condition that bolt connection point positions are not reduced, the screwing frequency when a worker disassembles and assembles a single steel formwork is effectively reduced, and the convenience and high efficiency when the steel formwork is disassembled and demoulded are improved to a certain extent.
本发明提供了应用于混凝土浇筑领域的一种方便脱模的建筑混凝土施工用钢模板,本申请通过将多个螺帽和柱筒分别设置于外框架上相互对称的两侧内端壁上,并将与第一螺杆固定连接的第一活动块滑动设置于柱筒内开设的棱柱形腔孔中,配合同一侧相邻两个柱筒之间带式传动组件的传动连接,以及第一锥齿轮和第二锥齿轮,第一齿轮和第二齿轮的啮合,使得仅需驱动单个柱筒旋转,即可实现同一钢模板内所有柱筒的同步旋转,在不减少螺栓连接点位的情况下,有效降低工作人员拆装单个钢模板时的旋拧次数,在一定程度上提升了拆卸钢模板脱模时的便捷高效性。
