Adjustable frame column steel formwork structure
The invention provides an adjustable frame column steel formwork structure which comprises a steel formwork assembly, the steel formwork assembly comprises four steel formworks, each steel formwork comprises a steel plate, vertical channel steel and horizontal channel steel, and a plurality of connecting bolt holes and a plurality of split bolt holes are formed in preset positions of the plate face of each steel plate. A plurality of connecting bolt holes are formed in preset positions of the side surface of the vertical channel steel; every two adjacent steel formworks are in fastening connection with the corresponding bolt hole in the plate face of each steel formwork and the corresponding bolt hole in the side face of the adjacent steel formwork through a connecting bolt assembly, and the four steel formworks are connected in a staggered mode according to the different connecting bolt holes in the plate faces. Or, the two oppositely-arranged steel formworks are connected with the matched split bolt assemblies in a fastened mode through the split bolt holes in the plate faces, and the four steel formworks are correspondingly connected according to the split bolt holes. By means of the frame column steel formwork structure, the problem that an existing frame column steel formwork structure is complex in structure and tedious in installation, and consequently preparation materials and labor are wasted can be solved.
本发明提供一种可调节式框架柱钢模板结构,包括钢模板组件,所述钢模板组件包括四个钢模板,每个钢模板包括钢板、竖向槽钢和水平槽钢,在所述钢板的板面的预设位置设置有若干连接螺栓孔、若干对拉螺栓孔,在所述竖向槽钢的侧面的预设位置设置有若干连接螺栓孔;相邻的两个钢模板通过连接螺栓组件对每个钢模板的板面的螺栓孔与相邻的钢模板的侧面的螺栓孔紧固连接,四个钢模板根据所述板面的不同的连接螺栓孔交错连接;或者,相对设置的两个钢模板通过所述板面的对拉螺栓孔与相适配的对拉螺栓组件紧固连接,四个钢模板根据对拉螺栓孔对应连接。利用本发明,能够解决现有的框架柱钢模板结构的结构复杂、安装繁琐而导致制备材料以及人工浪费的问题。
