The protective layer is used for being detachably connected to the steel structure frame body in a covering mode in the wartime state so as to meet the civil air defense bearing capacity requirement. The decoration layer is used for being detachably connected to the steel structure frame body in a covering mode at ordinary times, and the protection layer and the decoration layer are connected to the steel structure frame body in a switchable mode. In this way, when a war occurs, the protective layer can be connected to the steel structure frame body in a covering mode to achieve the civil air defense protection effect. At ordinary times, the decorative layer can be connected to the steel structure frame body in a covering mode, so that the steel structure frame looks more attractive. In other words, the steel structure shed frame can be connected with the decorative layer at ordinary times to enable the appearance of the steel structure shed frame to be more attractive while playing a role in civil air defense protection.
