Ventilation equipment for coal mine ventilation and defence system
The invention discloses ventilation equipment for a coal mine ventilation and defence system. The ventilation equipment is used for solving the problems that opening of an air door is extremely laborious, and the air door collides with a door frame to cause deformation. The rotating shafts are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the air doors, the rotating shafts at the upper ends of the two air doors are movably arranged in the same transmission belt in a sleeved mode, and the air pressure on the two sides of the two air doors counteracts mutually, so that the force for opening or closing the air doors is reduced; bosses are arranged on the opposite side walls of an air door, a mounting groove is formed in the side wall of the short boss, a rotating gear, a connecting shaft and a torsional spring are arranged in the mounting groove, the two ends of the torsional spring are connected to the rotating gear and the side wall of the mounting groove correspondingly, and a plurality of matching grooves are formed in the side wall of the long boss; therefore, the torsion spring increases the torque, counteracts the door closing force of the other air door, reduces the door closing speed, and prevents the door frame or the air door from deforming due to the fact that the force for impacting the door frame is too large when the air door is closed.
本发明公开了一种煤矿通防系统用通气设备,用以解决开启风门时极其费力、风门撞击门框导致变形的问题。通过在风门两端固定设有旋转轴,两个风门上端的旋转轴活动套设于同一个传动带内,通过两个风门两侧风压相互抵消,减小了开启或关闭风门的力度;通过风门相对的侧壁设有凸台,较短的凸台侧壁开设有安装槽,安装槽内设有旋转齿轮、连接轴和扭簧,扭簧两端分别连接于旋转齿轮和安装槽侧壁,较长的凸台侧壁开设有若干配合槽,通过关门时配合槽推动旋转齿轮转动,从而使扭簧增大扭矩,抵消另一个风门关门的力度,减小关门速度,防止风门关闭时撞击门框的力度过大,导致门框或风门变形的现象出现。
