Direct air carbon capture system and method
The invention discloses a direct air carbon capture system and method. The system comprises an alkali liquor absorption and regeneration integrated device, a heat pump system, an ager, a calcining furnace, a condensation separator and a compressor, the alkali liquor absorption and regeneration integrated device consists of a shell, an arched biomass carbon material gas absorption plate, a barren liquor tank, a particle reaction tank, a filter and a solution pump; cO2 absorption occurs on the surface of the biomass carbon material gas absorption plate, and directional transfer of barren liquor and rich liquor is realized due to capillary action, siphonage generated by height difference of a barren liquor tank and a particle reaction tank and ion concentration difference; the heat pump system not only recovers water vapor in decarburized air, but also is used for primary preheating of CaCO2; caO curing reaction heat is used for secondary preheating of CaCO3. By utilizing the pore structure, capillarity and siphonic effect of the biomass carbon material gas absorption plate, the CO2 absorption rate is improved, and the pump work is saved. The heat pump system is used for saving water resources. And system energy consumption is reduced by using system waste heat.
本发明公开了一种直接空气碳捕集系统及方法,系统包括碱液吸收再生一体化装置、热泵系统、熟化器、煅烧炉、冷凝分离器、压缩机;碱液吸收再生一体化装置由壳体、拱形生物质碳材料气体吸收板、贫液槽、颗粒反应槽、过滤器、溶液泵组成;在生物质碳材料气体吸收板表面发生CO2吸收,并由于毛细作用、贫液槽和颗粒反应槽高度差产生的虹吸现象以及离子浓度差,实现贫液和富液的定向转移;热泵系统既回收脱碳空气中的水蒸气,也用于CaCO2一级预热;CaO熟化反应热用于CaCO3二级预热。本发明利用生物质碳材料气体吸收板孔隙结构、毛细现象和虹吸效应,提高CO2吸收率、节省泵功。利用热泵系统节约水资源。利用系统余热降低系统能耗。
