High-flame-retardant full-shading composite roller shutter fabric and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a high-flame-retardant full-shading composite roller shutter fabric and a manufacturing method thereof. The high-flame-retardant full-shading composite roller shutter fabric is formed by compounding a glass fiber fabric and a full-shading TPU flame-retardant film, the glass fiber fabric is a 2/2 plain weave woven fabric, and both warp and weft yarns of the glass fiber fabric are 68tex glass fiber untwisted yarns; and the glass fiber fabric is subjected to surface treating agent dipping and curing treatment in advance, so that a flame retardant protective layer is formed among fibers of the fabric. The flame-retardant level of the composite roller shutter fabric prepared by adopting the scheme can reach grade B1 of GB 8624 Classification for Flame Performance of Building Materials and Products of Building Materials, and the composite roller shutter fabric has high flame-retardant grade, stability and durability, conforms to the shading property of the roller shutter fabric, and can achieve a 100% full shading effect.
本发明公开了一种高阻燃全遮光的复合型卷帘面料及其制造方法,它由玻纤面料与全遮光TPU阻燃膜复合而成;所述玻纤面料为2/2方平组织机织布,其经、纬纱线均选用68tex玻璃纤维无捻纱线;且玻纤面料预先经过表面处理剂浸渍和固化处理,进而在面料的纤维之间形成阻燃剂保护层。采用本方案制得的复合型卷帘面料的阻燃级别可以达到GB 8624《建筑材料及其制品阻燃性能分级》B1级,且在具备阻燃高等级、稳定性与耐久性的同时,符合卷帘面料的遮光性,且还能够达到100%全遮光效果。
