The invention belongs to the technical field of geopolymer concrete preparation, and particularly relates to a method for preparing geopolymer concrete by using superfine high-aluminum iron tailings, which comprises the following steps: 1) mixing waste glass and superfine high-aluminum iron tailings, and carrying out ball milling to obtain superfine powder with the granularity of 800 meshes; 2) mixing the obtained ultrafine powder with sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate and metal oxide according to a ratio, and then adding a water reducing agent to obtain a mixture; (3) mixing the obtained mixture with pebbles and machine-made sand in proportion to obtain a cement substitute material; adding water into the cement substitute and mixing to obtain mixed slurry; and 4) pouring the mixed slurry into a mold, and curing to obtain the geopolymer concrete. According to the invention, the superfine high-aluminum iron tailings and the waste glass are used as raw materials, and are combined with other raw materials such as the metal oxide, the sodium hydroxide and the sodium silicate to obtain the geopolymer to replace cement to generate concrete, so that the secondary utilization of the superfine high-aluminum iron tailings is realized.
