The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon-sequestration cement-based material and the carbon-sequestration cement-based material thereof.The method comprises the steps that biomass raw materials are pretreated and then pyrolyzed to obtain original biochar, and the original biochar is modified with a modification solution to obtain modified biochar, the modified solution is prepared by mixing citric acid, absolute ethyl alcohol, distilled water, ammonia water, tetraethyl silicate and calcium chloride, and the modified charcoal is added into the cement-based material to be mixed to obtain the carbon sequestration cement-based material. Therefore, the straw is used as a raw material, and citric acid and a tetraethyl silicate solution are selected as influence factors, so that the original biochar is optimized, the optimal modified biochar reinforced cement-based material is obtained, and the carbon sequestration rate and the compressive strength are improved at the same time.
本发明公开了一种固碳水泥基材料的制备方法及其固碳水泥基材料,该方法步骤包括:将生物质原料预处理后热解得到原始生物炭,利用改性溶液将原始生物炭进行改性得到改性生物炭,其中,所述改性溶液为柠檬酸、无水乙醇、蒸馏水、氨水、硅酸四乙酯、氯化钙混合配置而成,将改性生物炭加入进水泥基材料中混合得到固碳水泥基材料。由此,以秸秆为原料,选取柠檬酸,硅酸四乙酯溶液为影响因素,从而优化原始生物炭,以获得最佳改性生物炭增强水泥基材料,进而实现固碳率和抗压强度地同时提升。
