3D building printing ink formula, printing equipment and printing method
The invention relates to the technical field of 3D building printing, and discloses a 3D building printing ink formula which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of a cementing material, 10-15 parts of solid waste fibers, 2-3 parts of an accelerating hydration agent, 1-2 parts of a retarder, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent and 50-70 parts of building aggregate. 3D building printing is conducted on the printing platform through an ink jet head, a 3D printed building is removed after printing is completed, a worker pushes a transverse frame in the direction away from an adjusting screw rod, a cleaning plate in the transverse frame enables a sponge strip to be attached to the printing platform under the acting force of a spring, and when the transverse frame moves along a sliding rod, the sponge strip is attached to the printing platform; and after the transverse frame moves to the maximum distance on the sliding rod, residues left by printing on the printing platform can be cleaned, and after the transverse frame moves to the maximum distance on the sliding rod, the residues pushed by a sponge strip can fall into a collecting box, so that workers can conveniently and rapidly clean the printing platform, and the situation that the residues exist on the printing platform and affect next-time 3D printing is avoided.
本发明涉及3D建筑打印技术领域,且公开了3D建筑打印油墨配方,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:胶凝材料20~30份、固废纤维10~15份、加速水化剂2~3份、缓凝剂1~2份、减水剂1~2份、建筑骨料50~70份。本发明通过喷墨头在打印平台上进行3D建筑打印,打印完成后移除3D打印建筑,工作人员通过向远离调节螺杆的方向推动横架,其横架内部的清理板在弹簧的作用力向会使海绵条贴合在打印平台上,当横架沿着滑杆进行移动时,会对打印平台上打印留下的残留物进行清理,当横架在滑杆上移动至最大距离后,其海绵条推送的残留物会落入到收集盒中,方便工作人员对打印平台进行快速清理,避免打印平台上存在残留物影响下一次3D打印。
