The invention discloses a mullite composite castable capable of enhancing anti-seismic property. The mullite composite castable is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 18 to 20 percent of andalusite aggregate, 35 to 50 percent of corundum aggregate, 4 to 5 percent of micro powder, 7.5 to 8.5 percent of silica sol, 0.5 to 1.2 percent of cold-proof agent, 0.8 to 1.0 percent of steel fiber, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of silicon carbide nano particles and the balance of porous mullite, the preparation method of the mullite composite castable comprises the following steps: S1, mixing the raw materials; and S2, molding and firing. The mullite composite castable disclosed by the invention is compounded with corundum, so that the mullite composite castable has good high-temperature strength, thermal shock resistance and chemical stability; and in the preparation process, the porous mullite is mixed step by step according to pore diameters, and the vacuum degree is synchronously adjusted, so that the density and the overall anti-seismic property of the composite castable are improved.
