The invention relates to a steel rail embedded type floating track bed which comprises a plurality of sets of track units, each set of track unit comprises two sets of steel rails, a track bed body, two sets of track grooves, a plurality of sets of filling materials, a plurality of sets of air bags, a plurality of sets of under-track base plates and a plurality of sets of vibration isolation elements, and the two sets of track grooves are symmetrically formed in the top of the track bed body; the two sets of steel rails are installed in the two sets of rail grooves respectively, and the multiple sets of vibration isolation elements are arranged in gaps between a ballast bed and a bridge and tunnel foundation below the ballast bed.
