The steel pipe-UHPC is adopted as the main component material of the main beam and the bridge tower, the performance of the UHPC and the steel can be fully exerted, the characteristic that the strength-weight ratio of the UHPC and the steel is large is applied, the self weight of the structure is reduced, and the durability of the structure is improved; meanwhile, the prefabricated assembly segments made of the UHPC are light in weight, the length of the prefabricated segments can be increased, the requirement for hoisting equipment is lowered, the number of the segments is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the UHPC material is good in durability and small in creep deformation after steam curing, and the durability of the structure can be remarkably improved.
本发明涉及桥梁工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种超高性能钢管混凝土斜拉桥及施工方法,该斜拉桥包括桩基、承台、主梁、桥塔和斜拉索,承台固定于桩基上,桥塔固定于承台上,主梁采用超高性能钢管混凝土桁架式主梁或者箱形主梁,桥塔采用矩形钢管‑超高性能混凝土箱形结构,桥塔和主梁通过多根斜拉索连接。本发明采用钢管‑UHPC作为主梁及桥塔的主要组成材料,能充分发挥UHPC和钢材性能,应用其强重比较大的特性,减轻结构自重,提高结构耐久性;同时由UHPC制作的预制装配节段重量较轻,可以增大预制节段长度,降低吊装设备要求,降低节段数量,缩短工期,提高施工效率。同时UHPC材料耐久性能较好,在蒸养后徐变变形小,可以显著改善结构耐久性能。
