The invention discloses an immersed tube sinking device which comprises a bottom plate, an upper baffle and a supporting body formed by two beam plates fixedly installed between the bottom plate and the upper baffle, a clamping mechanism is arranged on the upper baffle and comprises a barrel, a clamping jaw assembly and a first air cylinder, and the clamping jaw assembly and the first air cylinder are arranged in an annular array mode. A supporting panel used for supporting the barrel is installed on the upper baffle, the first air cylinder is installed in the barrel and is in linkage connection with the clamping jaw assembly, a third air cylinder used for controlling the supporting panel to transversely slide is arranged between the two beam plates, and a conveying belt used for conveying immersed tubes is transversely installed on the bottom plate. According to the immersed tube sinking device, the immersed tube is deeply clamped through the clamping jaw assembly, the situation that the fixed end of the immersed tube is seriously stressed and broken is effectively avoided, and meanwhile the immersed tube is controlled to be subjected to position adjustment through the third air cylinder and the rotating assembly.
本发明公开了一种沉管沉放装置,包括底板、上档板以及安装固定在底板和上挡板之间的上的两个梁板所形成的支撑主体,所述上挡板上设置有夹持机构,夹持机构包括筒体、环形阵列设置有夹爪组件和第一气缸,上挡板上安装有用于支撑筒体的支撑面板,第一气缸安装在筒体内与夹爪组件形成联动连接,两个梁板之间设置有控制支撑面板横向滑移的第三气缸,所述底板横向安装有用于输送沉管的输送带,输送带靠近筒体一侧设置有控制沉管转动的转动组件,本发明的目的在于提供一种沉管沉放装置,通过夹爪组件对沉管实现深度夹紧,有效避免沉管的固定端受力严重而碎裂,同时利用第三气缸和转动组件控制沉管进行位置调整。
