The invention discloses a construction method of a reinforced concrete and steel structure mixed frame beam. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, scaffolds are erected on the two sides of the lower portion of a frame reinforced concrete main beam; s2, a beam bottom die and beam bottom steel bar binding are installed on the frame reinforced concrete main beam; s3, adjustable connecting devices are installed at the two ends or one end of the frame steel secondary beam to be installed on the ground; s4, first frame steel secondary beams on the same axis are hoisted; s5, second frame steel secondary beams at the two ends of the first frame steel secondary beams are hoisted, and the plane positions of the frame steel secondary beams are adjusted through adjustable connecting devices at the two ends of the first frame steel secondary beams; s6, frame steel secondary beams of other axes are installed; s7, binding reinforcing steel bars and stirrups at the upper part of the frame reinforced concrete main beam, erecting a beam side template, laying a floor support plate and binding reinforcing steel bars of the floor support plate; and S8, frame reinforced concrete girder and floor support plate concrete is poured. One-time pouring is achieved, and the construction period is shortened.
