Separating wall for historic building restoration and construction method thereof
The invention provides a separating wall for repairing an ancient building and a construction method of the separating wall. The separating wall comprises a wall body framework structure composed of longitudinal bamboo ribs and transverse wood beams. The transverse wood beams are used for being connected to an external connecting body in a mortise and tenon mode, and the longitudinal bamboo ribs are sequentially and regularly arranged on the multiple transverse wood beams which are arranged at intervals in a different-length mode. A soil layer improved by lime is arranged on the surface of the wall skeleton structure, the soil layer at least covers all the transverse wood beams, and the surface of the soil layer is coated with a protective layer; a wall framework structure is composed of longitudinal bamboo ribs and transverse wood beams, a soil layer improved by lime is coated outside the wall framework structure, a protective layer is smeared, bamboo serves as a framework to provide stronger structural support and tensile resistance, and the cohesiveness, fire resistance and durability of a wall can be improved by adding the soil layer. And the protection layer can achieve excellent protection performance, and the fireproof effect of the isolation wall is further enhanced.
本发明提供一种用于古建筑修复的隔离墙及其施工方法,该隔离墙包括由纵向竹筋和横置木梁所组成的墙体骨架结构;横置木梁用于卯榫连接在外部的连接体上,纵向竹筋以长短不一的形式依次规整排布在相互间隔设置的多个横置木梁上;墙体骨架结构的表面配置有由石灰改良的土层,土层至少包覆住各个横置木梁在内,且土层的表面涂覆有保护层;通过纵向竹筋和横置木梁所组成的墙体骨架结构,在墙体骨架结构外敷由石灰改良的土层并涂抹保护层,而竹材作为骨架提供更为强力的结构支撑和抗拉力,土层的加入可以改善对墙面的粘结性、耐火性和耐久性,提高其抗火性能和耐久性,且保护层可以达到出色的防护性能,并进一步增强隔离墙的防火效果。
