The invention relates to a composite layered floor which comprises a mixed PU layer, an elastomer and a non-woven fabric layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The mixed PU layer comprises PVC, kaolin and calcium carbonate, the non-woven fabric layer is designed for bonding and is used for quickly limiting and fixing the composite laminated floor so as to avoid the problem that the composite laminated floor cannot be bonded by glue, and the mixed PU layer can greatly improve the tensile strength, the elongation at break and the tearing strength of an elastomer; the problems that the surface of an elastomer is prone to yellowing and breakage and poor in ductility are solved, calcium carbonate is added into the mixed PU layer and used for being filled in polyvinyl chloride, surface modification of a polymer is achieved, the glossiness of the composite layered floor is increased, the abrasion rate of the composite layered floor is reduced, the composite layered floor is endowed with oleophobicity, and the service life of the composite layered floor is prolonged. The kaolin plays a role of a nucleating agent in the polyvinyl chloride, so that the rigidity and the strength of the polyvinyl chloride polymer can be improved.
本发明涉及复合层状地板,包括由下而上依次设置的混合PU层,弹性体以及无纺布层;所述混合PU层包括PVC、高岭土以及碳酸钙,本发明无纺布层是为了粘结而设计,为的是快速的将该复合层状地板限位固定,以避免胶水粘接不住的问题,混合PU层可以大大提高弹性体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及撕裂强度,以避免弹性体表面容易黄变、易断裂、延伸率差的问题,在混合PU层加入碳酸钙,用于填充在聚氯乙烯中,实现聚合物的表面改性,增加该复合层状地板的光泽度,降低该复合层状地板的磨损率,并赋予该复合层状地板疏油性,而高岭土在聚氯乙烯中起到成核剂作用,可以提高聚氯乙烯聚合物的刚性和强度。
