The invention discloses a high-rise building aluminum alloy door and window installation device which comprises a frame, an aluminum alloy door and window is arranged in the frame, sliding grooves are formed in the inner wall of the top and the inner wall of the bottom of the frame, two sliding blocks are symmetrically installed in each sliding groove in a sliding mode, and damping shock absorbers are installed at the opposite ends of the four sliding blocks; a clamping plate and a first U-shaped plate are used for containing the aluminum alloy door and window, a damping shock absorber reduces shaking caused by vertical wind and collision, a spring installed on a sliding block is located in a sliding groove, shaking force and vibration in the horizontal direction can be buffered through elastic counter-acting force, and therefore the stability of the aluminum alloy door and window during lifting and moving is improved; the sensor can monitor swing and impact of the frame, and the microcontroller controls the micro motor to operate the air bag to form a protective air bag for the frame and the aluminum alloy door and window.
