The invention discloses a window opening formwork structure for controlling vertical deviation and a construction method of the window opening formwork structure. The window opening formwork structure comprises multiple layers of window formwork units arranged in the vertical direction, and the window formwork units are embedded in an outer wall; the support is mounted on the outer side of the outer wall and arranged below the first-layer window formwork unit; the supporting frame is detachably mounted on the support and comprises a plurality of layer middle frames and interlayer frames which are alternately arranged, the layer middle frames and the interlayer frames are detachably overlapped together, the positions of the layer middle frames and the positions of the window mold units are in one-to-one correspondence, and the layer middle frames are connected to the window mold units through positioning rods. The problems that an existing window opening formwork is independently installed, deviation in the vertical direction is prone to being generated, and then the overall appearance quality of a building structure is affected are solved.
