The invention provides a temporary supporting device of an adjustable prefabricated superposed beam and a prefabricated superposed beam mounting method. The temporary supporting device comprises a steel bearing beam, an upper limiting nut, a high-strength bolt, a lower limiting nut and an L-shaped base, and a bolt inserting hole is formed in the L-shaped base and used for being aligned with a bolt hole reserved in the top of the prefabricated column and then connected with the bolt hole through a bolt. Mounting bolt openings of the temporary supporting device are reserved in the four sides of the top of the prefabricated column, and the temporary supporting device is mounted after the prefabricated column is in place; the installation elevation of the beam bottom is marked in advance, and the elevation of the steel bearing beam part is adjusted in place by rotating the high-strength bolts; and after the temporary supporting devices on the two sides of the beam are installed and adjusted in place, the prefabricated superposed beam is hoisted in place. The problems that when a concrete beam support of a permanent structure is adopted for achieving temporary supporting, turnover use cannot be achieved, and mounting and dismounting are troublesome are solved, and the problem that when a traditional plastic gasket is adopted for controlling the elevation, the elevation precision is difficult to control is solved.
本发明提供了一种可调式预制叠合梁的临时支撑装置及预制叠合梁安装方法。该临时支撑装置包括钢垫梁、上部限位螺母、高强螺栓、下部限位螺母以及L型底座,L型底座上设有螺栓插孔,螺栓插孔用于与预制柱顶部预留的螺栓孔对准后螺栓连接。在预制柱顶四边预留临时支撑装置的安装螺栓口,待预制柱完成就位后进行临时支撑装置安装;预先标记梁底安装标高,通过旋转高强螺栓将钢垫梁部位的标高调整到位;待梁两侧的临时支撑装置安装并调节到位后,将预制叠合梁吊装就位。本发明解决了采用永久性构造的混凝土梁托实现临时支撑所存在的不可周转使用、安装拆卸麻烦的问题,以及采用传统塑料垫片控制标高,标高的精准度难以控制的问题。
