Wherein the upper sliding rod unit, the lower sliding rod unit and the first crank unit jointly form a crank sliding block mechanism, the second crank unit and the driving unit jointly form a crank connecting rod mechanism, and a driving action is achieved between the upper sliding rod unit and the second crank unit through the switching unit to complete corresponding crank connecting rod overturning movement and crank sliding axial movement. According to the invention, not only can the functions of automatically closing and locking the cover and unlocking and opening the cover be smoothly realized, but also the device has the advantages of compact structure, safety, reliability, easiness in maintenance, repeated use and the like.
