The embodiment of the invention provides a rebounding device which comprises a locking piece used for being installed on a side plate, the locking piece comprises a core body, an installation base and an adjusting nut, the end, facing a locking base located on a door plate, of the core body is provided with a clamping jaw capable of being opened and closed, the end, away from the locking base, of the core body is a threaded end, and the locking base is arranged on the core body. The end part, far away from the locking base, in the mounting base extends to form a convex wall, and a first through hole is formed in the convex wall; wherein the clamping jaw is used for clamping the locking base, the core body is detachably installed on the installation base, and the adjusting nut is screwed with the threaded end through the first through hole and used for adjusting the relative position of the core body and the installation base.
