According to the ladder stand disclosed by the invention, the first stop structure is used for limiting when the second ladder stand section is lowered, and the second stop structure is used for limiting when the second ladder stand section is lifted, so that bidirectional limiting of lowering and lifting of the ladder stand is realized, the ladder stand can be stably taken, placed and used, and the problem that a movable ladder stand is inconvenient to use is solved.
