The invention discloses a concrete vibration construction vibration depth monitoring probe, system and method based on RFID, and relates to the field of civil engineering construction. In order to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, in an existing research and solution scheme, a concrete vibrating rod does not need to be completely inserted into a deep structure in concrete for vibrating, and the vibrating rod cannot be inserted into a narrow irregular structure for vibrating operation. According to the technical scheme, the concrete vibration construction vibration depth monitoring probe based on the RFID comprises a concrete vibration rod metal bar head inserted into concrete; the vibrating rod motor is used for providing vibrating capacity for the concrete vibrating rod metal rod head; the vibrating bar flexible shaft is connected with the concrete vibrating bar metal bar head and the vibrating bar motor; the RFID tag is arranged on the vibrating rod flexible shaft and is used for measuring the vibrating depth; the RFID ceramic antenna is used for reading information of the RFID tag; and the data transmission module is used for transmitting information read by the ceramic antenna.
