Intelligent feedback control system for civil construction regionalized dust fall
A civil construction regionalized dust fall intelligent feedback control system comprises a dust fall seat and a processor, a mounting frame is connected to the rear side wall of the dust fall seat, a photovoltaic panel is mounted at the top of the mounting frame, a sliding rail is arranged on the rear side of the mounting frame, a groove is formed in the middle of the front side of the dust fall seat, a movable pipe is arranged in the groove in a penetrating mode, and the movable pipe is connected with the processor. A spraying pipe is vertically connected to the center of the top of the movable pipe, a spraying head is connected to the top of the spraying pipe, and a shutoff valve is installed on the spraying pipe. By arranging the anemoscope, the transmission block, the gear and the motor, the effect of adjusting the spraying direction of the spraying head can be achieved, water mist sprayed out of the spraying head resists natural wind power to be sprayed towards one side of a construction area, effective dust falling of the construction area is guaranteed, and influences on surrounding pedestrians are avoided; by arranging the dust concentration sensor, the rainfall sensor and the shutoff valve, the effect of increasing the spraying distance can be achieved, and therefore the dust falling water consumption is reduced under the condition that the dust falling requirement is met.
