The invention discloses a preparation process method of a premixed flow-state filling material, which comprises the following steps: carrying out mud decomposition on sand-washing filter-pressing filter mud which is a solid or semi-solid soil sample, putting the mud-decomposed material into a pulping machine for pulping treatment, carrying out mud decomposition on river sludge, wet soil and/or harmless waterworks tail mud, and carrying out mud decomposition on the mud-decomposed material to obtain the premixed flow-state filling material. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding mud into a pulping machine for pulping, mixing the materials for preparing the pulp, screening by a screening machine, homogenizing in a pre-homogenizing tank, stirring and homogenizing in the pre-homogenizing tank, stirring and homogenizing in a stirrer, and discharging after stirring. Pasty mucky soil with high moisture content and large change and filter pressing filter mud are prepared into slurry in a designed density range, so that the stability of raw materials is controlled, the influence of fluctuation of the moisture content of the raw materials is eliminated, the curing time is greatly shortened, the hardening degree is improved, the long-term stability is greatly improved, and the cost is saved.
