The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to lightweight aggregate geopolymer foam concrete and a preparation method thereof, the lightweight aggregate geopolymer foam concrete comprises the following components by mass: 210-245 parts of fly ash, 105-140 parts of mineral powder, 120-130 parts of a sodium silicate solution, 120-130 parts of a sodium hydroxide solution, 16-22 parts of polystyrene foam particles, and 17-20 parts of prefabricated foam. The prefabricated foam is prepared by injecting compressed air into a foaming agent solution, and the foaming agent solution comprises an anionic surfactant, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium hydroxide particles, nanometer aluminum oxide particles and deionized water. The foam concrete has the advantages of being low in cost, free of cement, light in weight, good in heat preservation performance, good in durability and the like, and the problems that foam concrete is high in carbon emission, unstable in foaming agent and the like can be effectively solved.
