The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and particularly relates to a carbon-carbon composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: repeatedly paving a net tire and mixed material powder (including graphene powder and asphalt powder) in sequence, and sealing with the net tire to obtain a prefabricated body; and sequentially carrying out segmented hot-pressing curing, carbonization treatment, carbon vapor deposition and graphitization treatment on the preform to obtain the carbon-carbon composite material. According to the preparation method, the difference of resistivity can be reduced by adopting the full-net-tire prefabricated body and the single prefabricated body, mold pressing is directly carried out through matched use of the asphalt powder and the high-conductivity graphene powder, the resistivity and the discrete type of the resistivity are reduced, asphalt impregnation-carbonization densification is replaced by vapor deposition, and the density is increased. The time and raw material cost caused by multiple times of asphalt impregnation and carbonization densification is reduced, and the defects of long densification process period, high cost and the like are overcome.
本发明属于复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种碳碳复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明依次将网胎和混合料粉(包括石墨烯粉和沥青粉)重复铺层,用网胎封层,得到预制体;将所述预制体依次进行分段热压固化、碳化处理、气相沉积碳和石墨化处理,得到碳碳复合材料。本发明采用全网胎预制体,单一的预制体能减小电阻率的差异性,通过沥青粉和高导电的石墨烯粉的配合使用直接进行模压,减小了电阻率及其离散型,通过气相沉积代替沥青浸渍‑碳化增密,减少多次沥青浸渍碳化增密带来的时间和原料成本,克服了增密工艺周期长和成本高等缺点。
